wings+horns ships via FedEx for all domestic orders. international orders ship via DHL. all orders placed on www.wingsandhorns.com are trackable. once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. tracking numbers can also be found on your ‘my account’ page.
if there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it. please note, www.wingsandhorns.com does not ship to p.o. boxes or freight forwarders.
orders within canada – $10 cad
orders to the united states – $20 cad
international orders – $40 cad
all orders placed on www.wingsandhorns.com monday-friday, will begin processing the following business day. please note, that orders placed on friday will begin processing on the following monday. wings+horns will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. due to the high demand on special projects, please allow 3-5 business days for wings+horns to process and ship these orders. in order for any transactions to be approved, the billing address and the shipping address must match the address associated with the credit card being used.
please allow 2-3 business days for shipping within canada and the usa. all orders shipping to canada and the united states require a signature upon delivery.
for international orders, please allow 7-9 business days for international shipping. please note, when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
